A West Hartford man is accused of first-degree sexual assault and imparing the moral of children, police said.
Edwin Crespo-Marquez, 25, was arrested following an investigation from last year where a complaint accused the suspect of assaulting a juvenile, West Hartford Police said.
Police said Crespo-Marquez knew the victim. The victim's age was not clear.
Crespo-Marquez's bond was set at $100,000.
