Woman Charged With Fraudulent Oxycodone Prescriptions

A Massachusetts woman has been arrested after police learned she had passed fraudulent oxycodone prescriptions at a CVS Pharmacy in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

A Massachusetts woman has been arrested after police learned she had passed fraudulent oxycodone prescriptions at a CVS Pharmacy in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.

Ann Federico, 48, of Haverhill, Massachusetts, was charged with three counts of uttering a false prescription.

Federico was released on on $25,000 bail. She will appear in Portsmouth Division Court on Nov. 10.
