A 25-year-old New Britain, Connecticut, woman has been charged with stabbing her husband in the back during what police say was an argument over text messages she found on his phone.
The New Britain Herald reports Megan Greer is free on bond after being arraigned Tuesday on charges including first-degree assault.
Police say she stabbed 27-year-old Jordan Matheson in the back after a fight in which they both tossed the other's cell phone in the toilet.
Matheson was hospitalized with a wound that police say is not considered life-threatening.
Greer does not have a listed phone number and attempts to reach her for comment Thursday were not successful.
