Police in Worcester, Massachusetts, arrested a man for possession of child pornography on Wednesday night.
According to the department, members of the Worcester Police Detective Bureau, Massachusetts State Police Computer Crimes Unit, and FBI and Homeland Security Investigations executed a search warrant at 81 Loxwood Street.
Detectives entered the home without incident and took 43-year-old Richard Malesky into custody.
Investigators seized several electronic devices that held data such as flash drives as well as a cell phone that contained an SD card.
Maleksy was being interviewed while investigators were searching the devices where they discovered numerous pictures that contained child pornography and prepubescent children.
He was charged with Possession of Child Pornography and Carrying a Dangerous Weapon, for a switch blade found near him.
Malesky also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest for Motor Vehicle Offenses.
He will be arraigned at the Worcester County District Courthouse on Thursday.
