RECIPE:
Rosemary Chicken Crepe
1 heavy pinch finely diced rosemary
2 ounces diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup sweet onions
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
1 pinch finely diced garlic
2 ounces brie cheese
First, get a pan and cook sweet onions on medium heat until they begin to brown. Season with salt and pepper. Add the mushrooms, and when they soften, add a pinch of diced garlic to the mix, and add a teaspoon of olive oil. Remove from heat.
For crepe batter, you can create your own by using a reciple similar to pancake batter, but thinner. Before you spin out the crepe, add the heavy pinch of rosemary to the batter. Spin your crepe. Flip it, and let the other side brown slightly.Flip again, and add all of your cooked and uncooked ingredients, with brie added lastly. When your brie is halfway melted and your crepe is browned on both sides, remove from your iron and serve.
