Former Fortune 500 Exec Indicted on Murder Charges After Fatal Crash

CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - A former Fortune 500 executive indicted on murder charges in a New Hampshire crash that killed a Vermont couple is filing not guilty pleas and waiving arraignment.

Fifty-four-year-old Robert Dellinger of Sunapee was due to appear in Grafton County Superior Court Monday on two counts of second-degree murder.

His lawyer, Peter Decato, said Friday he reserved his right to seek bail at a later time.

Dellinger has been in custody since his arrest in the December crash that killed 29-year-old Jason Timmons and 24-year-old Amanda Murphy of Wilder, Vermont.

Murphy was eight months pregnant. Dellinger is also charged with second-degree assault in the fetus' death.

Dellinger was a senior vice president and chief financial officer at PPG Industries Inc. when he left in 2011 because of health issues.
