What's Goin' On: Halle Berry's Ex, Fiance in Fight

(NECN: Jenny Johnson) - For a woman so beautiful, there is a lot of ugliness in Halle Berry's life right now.

A Thanksgiving Day fight erupted between Berry's former boyfriend and her fiance.

Gabriel Aubrey says he suffered cuts and bruises on his face and a broken rib during a brawl with Berry's fiance, Olivier Martinez, whose father happens to be a boxer.

But it was Aubrey who was arrested and later released on a $20,000 bail. Aubrey has now been granted a temporary restraining order against Martinez.

The restraining order requires Martinez to stay 100 yards away from Aubrey until a hearing next month.

Berry and Aubrey have been locked in a heated custody battle over their 4-year-old daughter since their split two years ago.

So you know I like to bring you the latest on Chris Brown, but I never thought I'd be part of the story. You can imagine my surprise when I got a email from a reporter for Hollywood.com.

"Hi Jenny. I hope this email finds you well. Are you the same Jenny Johnson who had the spat (if you can call it that haha) with Chris Brown on Twitter last night? If not, please disregard this email, and I apologize for bothering you. Sincerely, Hollywood.com," the email said.

For the record - it's not me!

It began with another Jenny Johnson, a comic writer, making a comment about Brown after he posted a photo of himself and noted that he looked old.

Johnson has been targeting Brown since the 2009 incident where he assaulted his former girlfriend Rihanna, and retweeted his posted and added that "Being a worthless piece of s*** can age a person."

I can't even tell you want the next tweets were, and since then, Brown has deactivated his Twitter account.

Many celebrities have since jumped on Twitter to blast both parties: Breezy for his nastiness, and Jenny for egging him on.

Scarlett Johansson's lifelong wishes came true Tuesday when she did the weather on "Today."

The actress got the opportunity to fill in for Al Roker, who had laryngitis. Johansson did the forecast with flair, right down to the classic line.

She's a singer, a designer, entrepreneur, mother of one and now a director: Superstar Beyonce will make her directorial debut next year.

The Grammy-award winner will be the focus of her full-length, so far untitled, film project.

The former Destiny's Child front woman will air the "intimate" documentary film on HBO on Feb. 16. The film is also a fusion of video that provides unprecedented access to the private entertainment icon and high-voltage performances.
