A Boston man is arrested for exposing himself to a woman in the women's bathroom at the MBTA Back Bay Station on Friday morning.
According to the MBTA Transit Police, at approximately 10:30 a.m. Taha Hamid, 28, of Dorchester was observed exiting the women's restroom in the station. The female victim approached an officer and reported that while she was in the restroom Hamid entered and pulled down his pants, fully exposing his genitals to the victim.
Hamid then proceeded to urinate in the sink and stated, "This is a man's bathroom now!"
Hamid was arrested for Open and Gross Lewdness. He will be arraigned in Boston Municipal Court.
