What can New England expect on the Nov. 4, 2014 election day?
Jim Brett, CEO of the New England Council, and John Hailer, CEO of Natixis Global Asset Management, shared their insights.
Brett said he thinks that the upcoming debates will help the public choose their candidate in the Massachusetts gubernatorial race between Democrat Martha Coakley and Republican Charlie Baker.
"I think people will watch the debates and I think you'll see a clear difference in the visions of where they want to see the state go in," Brett said. "This might be one of these elections where debates might influence the undecided."
Brett and Hailer also discussed the New Hampshire gubernatorial race between Democrat Jeanne Shaheen and Republican Scott Brown, in addition to the Massachusetts congressional sixth district race of Democrat Seth Moulton and Republican Richard Tisei.
