Roger Goodell Responds to NFL Violence

Goodell issued a response to the critics of his handling of the Ray Rice Situation

The NFL's commissioner, Roger Goodell, issued a response to the critics of his handling of the Ray Rice Situation, Friday.

Other NFL players, including Adrian Peterson, Greg Hardy, Ray McDonald and Jonathan Dwyer, have also been in the news for various domestic abuse issues.

Goodell made it clear that he's not going anywhere in the wake of many who called for his resignation.

"I got it wrong in the handling of the Ray Rice matter and I'm sorry for that. I got it wrong on a number of levels. From the process that I led to the decision that I reached. But now I will get it right and do whatever is necessary to accomplish that," said Goodell during a press conference Friday.

Sportscaster Chris Collins joined Jim Braude on Broadside to discuss the awful epidemic sweeping across the league and Goodell's handling of it all.
