Bruins Fans Prepare for Tense Game 6 Showdown

(NECN: Justin Michaels) – Patrice Bergeron was knocked out of Game Five of the Stanley Cup Final Saturday night because of an "undisclosed injury."

He did make two appearances on the ice In the second period but something was obviously wrong and he didn't complete either shift.

He was taken to a Chicago area hospital. There was some speculation it was a spleen injury. But that speculation pretty much came to an end when we found out he was coming back to Boston with the Bruins.

So the big question is will Bergeron play tonight in game six at home here at the TD Garden?

Whether he does or not, people at the Garden are optimistic about the game either way, and they have no problem believing the Bruins can go all the way.

Robert Cameron said, "I think the Bruins are going to beat them bad tonight. I think it's going to be a blowout win for the Bruins. Four to nothing maybe. I think Tuukka Is really going to show up tonight. I think it's going to be a big win for the Bruins."

John Mangino said, "Hopefully we can pull off two more, two more straight wins. It's going back-and-forth a lot so hopefully we can get the last laugh, you know?"

Vincent Che said, "They'll move on. I see a very exciting game tonight."

Susan Silvia said, "Tonight feeling good, Game Seven is Game Seven, anything can happen."

If the Blackhawks lose at the Garden, the series will head back to Chicago for Game Seven on Wednesday. If the Hawks win tonight they will be the Stanley Cup champions.
