Over the last 14 years, Tom Brady and Peyton Manning have often seemed to bring out the best in each other. This was evident on a cold, windy November Sunday, when both quarterbacks combined for 771 yards in the Patriots' 43-21 victory.

In the latest installment of a classic rivalry, a game that meant as much to both teams as any, the Patriots took the best record in the AFC from the Broncos.

With both teams combining for just 72 rushing yards (65 excluding Brady's and Manning's movement), the game was played almost entirely in the air.

Brady spread the ball out to his weapons, throwing touchdown passes to tight end Rob Gronkowski, running back Shane Vereen and wide receivers Julian Edelman and Brian LaFell.

Edelman added another touchdown on an 84-yard punt return.

Emmanuel Sanders, seen by many in New England as the one that got away, received 10 catches from Manning for 151 yards. Demaryius Thomas picked up 127 yards on seven catches.

Gronkowski made nine catches for 105 yards while Edelman caught nine balls for 89 yards.
