Jerry Remy is making his return to NESN's broadcast booth for Friday night's game against the Tampa Bay Rays.
Remy underwent chemotherapy to treat his lung cancer in August.
He has been treated several times before, but this was the first time the 64-year-old received chemotherapy.
The bout of lung cancer Remy has been fighting is his fifth relapse.
Remy was recently honored for spending 30 years broadcasting with the team.
