Joseph Murphy was arrested on different charges Sunday evening and early Monday morning.

Police were patrolling the area of Victory park on Sunday and noticed a parked vehicle with a motor vehicle infraction around 5 p.m.

Officers followed the car to 455 Pine Street where they observed the individual reach down to the floor. They searched the car upon consent from the male individual. In a bag, police found a small amount of crack cocaine where Murphy had reached.
