It was our closest battle yet - but in the end, East Boston's Santarpio's Pizza used a late surge to edge out the competition in our Best Pizza division of 'Baby, You're the Best.'

Upper Crust Pizzeria and Tripoli Pizza of Lawrence and Salisbury, Mass., finished just behind Santarpio's. Frank Pepe's Pizzeria Napoletana of New Haven, Conn., and Caserta Pizzeria of Providence, R.I. rounded out the Top 5.
