(TV Diner) - Billy Costa welcomed Chef Steve Corry from Five Fifty Five in Portland Maine to TV Diner to talk about the Hood Cook Off contest that is being sponsored.

Steve's restaurant 555 just recently was awarded the Plantinum Plate by TV Diner and he has been chosen as one of the judges for the Hood Cook Off.

Steve talked about what he will look for when judging the entries: taste, creativity, balance, texture, originality and plate presentation.
