Student-Chef Showdown Part Two(TV Diner) - This week on TV Diner, it is a Student-Chef Showdown!
Joining Billy Costa is the Editorial Director for Stuff Boston, Erica Corsano and the Creative Director for Stuff Boston, Michael Diskin.
They are teaming up with Chef Nathan Rich from Asana at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel to help judge the TV Diner Student-Chef Showdown!.
The winning student chef will have their dish served by Chef Nathan at the TV Diner Platinum Plate Gala, presented by Dadgar Insurance!
The rising stars from Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and Le Cordon Blue are once again joining us for this years event, and it's time to pay them tribute
Student Chef Grace Anna Brinton, from the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, presented her Seared Duck Breast with a Miso-Balsamic-Cranberry Glaze, with Pickled Ginger Beet Relish and Sesame Soba Noodles.
This is Anna's first competition event.
The final student Chef Chris Drown, from Le Cordon Bleu in Boston, went all the way with seafood in his Lobster and Scallop Ravioli in a Ginger and Kaffier Nage.
The Winner of the Student-Chef Showdown is Chef Victoria Shotton from Le Cordon Bleu.
Victoria served up an Asian Calamari Salad that the judges simply adored.
