(TV Diner) - It's time for Pipin' Hot Spots with our friend Joe Piantedosi of Piantedosi Baking company, where quality is a tradition.

This weeks Pipin' Hot Spots segment has Billy talking about upcoming events.

1. Flat Black presents WHITE CHROME: Boston's First Annual "Barista Throwdown"is being held on Saturday, October 24th, from 2-9pm at Flat Black Coffee Company's Ashmont location - 1906 Dorchester Ave., in Dorchester, near the Ashmont stop on the Red Line.

Free lattes are available to the public during the preliminary rounds, but only as many as the competitors can make, so come early!

There will be a spectator lounge at Tavolo Restaurant, next door to Flat Black, where there will be live streaming video of the event, espresso demos, brew demos, fair trade and organic presentations.

Admission is free to the public, but a $10 donation to the Greater Boston Food Bank is suggested.

There will be raffles to benefit the Food Bank, including 2 Celtics tickets, tow rows off the parquet!!
