    Temperatures are predicted to hit 90 degrees in the City of Boston Friday.

    If that happens, the first heat wave for the city will be declared since July 2013.

    Wednesday hit 92 degrees in Boston; Thursday hit 91 degrees.

    A heat wave is declared when there are three consecutive days of temperatures at 90 degrees or higher.
