New Englanders Shovel Out From the Snow

Weather conditions have gone from snow to rain and back to snow, making for slushy road conditions

It's been a wild day for weather in New England. Conditions have switched back and forth from snow to rain and back to snow. For the most part though, snow has been piling up.

In many locations the roads have been just snowy and slushy enough to give drivers a headache. Several cars unfortunately crashed into other vehicles or spun off the street as conditions were slick.

In neighborhoods, many people spent the afternoon shoveling driveways and sidewalks.

While the snowfall might be a nuisance for some, it's just what landscapers rely on to get them through what has been a fairly quiet winter.
