(NECN) - Boston public health officials announced a second mosquito pool tested positive for West Nile virus.
The tests were taken from a mosquito pool in Hyde Park; however, the first positive tests for West Nile virus in Boston were taken from Jamaica Plain.
Boston Public Health Commission urges residents to take precautions such as using insect repellant and wearing long sleeves and pants when possible.
