Big Storm Hits Major East Coast Cities

(NECN/ABC) - A storm unlike any in decades is stalled over major East Coast cities, and that means travel issues nationwide.

More than 1,300 flights have been canceled, so far. This storm is just one more headache for cities like Philadelphia, which have already seen more snow than any season before.

New York City schools are open, but that's not the case for countless other school districts.

ABC's Linsey Davis reports from Times Square.
