(NECN: Alison King, Boston) - There's a lot of frustration on the streets of Boston following a massive snow storm that dumped nearly 30 inches of snow on the city.
Many people were not able to leave their homes until Monday because plows had not gotten to them.
Schools will remain closed on Tuesday.
