(NECN: Julie Loncich) – Some residents of Boston are loving the weather at Carson Beach.
Some might think it’s insane that even though the temps hit the 90s on Friday, it was in the 50s just a few days prior.
Day two of the sweltering sun, and Friday is already a scorcher.
“It’s very hot,” said Nicole Pelletier. “It’s a little muggy and sticky.”
Pelletier took 11 children from the Charlestown Nursery School to the fountains to cool down.
But for other people in the town, umbrellas are a must and town officials are urging people to slow down and take it easy.
