(NECN) - Massive amount of clean-up will be needed by half mile stretch along coastal CT.
One of the most heavily damaged parts of the state is Cosey Beach Avenue in East Haven. There are reports of lots of debris in the road including a boat which washed up on the street. Among the 350 homes along the street police say at least 100 sustained some type of damage with a half a dozen homes considered total losses.
Structural engineers will accessing damage today.
