(NECN: Brian Burnell, Norwich, Conn.) - Wet weather is causing flooding concerns in Connecticut.
In Norwich, hundreds of sandbags have been filled and picked up ahead of the rain.
The city also has a new tool to fight flooding -- a machine that can fill 2,000 sandbags per hour.
Norwich officials put in a grant for the machine after Superstorm Sandy, when it took them two days to fill about 13,000 sandbags by hand.
NECN reporter Brian Burnell has more.
