(NECN/CNN) - Vacation will have to wait for President Obama. He will be heading to Hawaii later this week.
His vacation has been delayed by all that action on Capitol Hill, but he's expected to join his wife and two daughters, who are already at their Hawaiian vacation rental.
It has been raining in Hawaii for days now.
