For many of residents this rain may just mean a messy commute, but for people cleaning up from last week's flooding, it could be a disaster.
Many people are still waiting for word from insurance adjusters, to see if their damage is covered.
If the water came up to the first floor, they probably are.
FEMA officials have been touring Quincy this week and met with residents Monday night.
They'll make a recommendation on federal aid within a few days.
