Floodwaters in Minot Coming in Deeper, Faster Than Expected

(NECN/CNN) - The flooding Souris River has tied its record level at Minot, North Dakota and continues to rise.

The river has exceeded the level of a 1969 flood in the state's fourth-largest city.

Many people have been evacuated and flooding affects many homes and businesses.
