(NECN) - Another winter storm is making way through New England and the north is getting hit the hardest with over a foot of snow predicted in some areas.
A flash freeze took place overnight Wednesday, causing widespread ice on the roads and on vehicles.
Bitter cold and heavy winds will make the rest of Thursday frigid. NECN Meteorologist Joe Joyce says that with the wind chill, Worcester, Mass. could feel like -13 degrees outside.
