How Much Snow Is Expected in Your Neck of the Woods Saturday Night?



    (NECN) - One storm just left New England and already another is arriving. The storm is expected to arrive late Saturday afternoon, although it began falling in western New England Saturday morning.

    North winds will gust upwards of 50 mph along the coast accompanied by heavy snow that will reduce visibility to zero at times.

    There is a blizzard watch in effect from Saturday afternoon through early Sunday morning in Massachusetts for Coastal Essex County, East Coastal Plymouth County, and Cape Cod and the Islands.

    This time around, Southeastern Massachusetts and Eastern Maine will get hit the hardest in regards to snowfall amounts. However, the Cape and the Islands will start off with rain during the afternoon before switching over to snow in the evening.

    Highest snow accumulation will take place in Southeastern Massachusetts and Eastern Maine.
