(NECN: Lauren Collins, Allenstown, NH) - The torrential rain is putting parts of New Hampshire to the test.
Allenstown was hit very hard by flooding in 2006 and 2007.
The moto of the town is "where neighbors and rivers meet."
NECN reporter Lauren Collins visits one neighborhood that largely rebuilt after those storms. At least 14 houses were damaged during that time.
This storm is the big test as to how well those homes were rebuilt.
