(NECN: John Moroney, Scituate, Mass.) - They are still picking up the pieces and assessing the damage from the blizzard in Scituate, Massachusetts.
And, as the blame game continues, city officials are hoping to get some federal aid to help in the repairs.
The coastal town was hit hard by flooding, out of control waves and even multiple fires. An 80-foot section of the town's sea wall suffered extensive damage that may cost millions to repair.
Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown will pay a visit to Scituate today.
