(NECN) - Meteorologist Tim Kelley joins Jim Braude on Broadside to talk about the wild weather across the country, and the big storm that is forecast to hit the northeast on Wednesday.
Kelley says climate change is to blame for the record snow fall in Washington D.C., and the lack of snow in places like Vancouver, British Columbia.
He explains how the, "global map is a huge puzzle" and says the movement of cold air over the North Pole, affects the entire globe's weather.
