(NECN) - Another winter storm will impact New England on Thursday into Friday.
Snow will develop early Thursday, changing to rain along the shore in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Snow will arrive in Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine late morning into afternoon.
Blizzard conditions are possible by evening and overnight.
Wind from the northeast will increase to 20-40 mph late.
