(NECN: Kathryn Sotnik, Boston) - With snow coming down feverishly in Boston, people braved the elements to visit the Christmas tree on Boston Common.
Many visitors from out of town were taking photos in front of the tree. People who were out for Christmas parties, and going out for dinner, decided to keep their plans in spite of the weather.
"We went to see the Blue Man Group," said one girl.
"It's beautiful," said her father. "Play around in the snow, get wet, see the tree, take some pictures."
