Rhode Island Residents Urged to Stay Off Roadways

(NECN: Latoyia Edwards, Warwick, RI) - One of the places hardest hit by the storm is Cranston, Rhode Island. The good news is, the Pawtuxet River is receding.

Elsewhere in Rhode Island, school is closed in Warwick and I-95 is, too. The only vehicles that are on the road there right now are emergency vehicles.

The governor of Rhode Island is telling residents to stay home, if possible, and to protect yourself.
