(NECN/WPTZ) - The sudden snow is making for some tough travel in many parts of New England. In Connecticut, crews were out early this morning on the Merritt Parkway.
By mid-morning, crews were making progress, but the damage was done. The parkway was a virtual parking lot with cars, even school buses, stopped dead in their tracks for over an hour.
And, the Merritt was far from the only trouble spot. Spinouts, fender-benders and more could be seen everywhere.
