But... in October?
Well, that's the case for some people in Southern Ontario, as you see here.
A weather system that developed near Lake Huron overnight brought about one inch of heavy, wet snow to the region.
Motorists driving to work on Friday had to brush the snow off their cars... and give themselves some extra time during that morning commute.
Forecasters are also predicting heavier snow flurries will move inland from Lake Huron.
