(NECN) - Matt Noyes tracks the tropics for us. There are two well-developed tropical waves off the coast of Africa. The new one tonight is the latest in a parade of active waves off the African coast. It is relatively small, but fairly well-organized and encountering dry air and Saharan dust.
Bermuda will watch this tropical wave next week.
Saharan dust is an impediment to storm development, but the dust is spreading out so the wave will likely develop into a storm.
