Travel Conditions Are Treacherous Along Rt. 3 North in Mass.

(NECN: Justin Michaels) - Roads and highways across the South Shore and Cape Cod are in extremely poor shape.

NECN reporter Justin Michaels is traveling in treacherous conditions along Route 3 North in Massachusetts.

Roads are slick, covered in snow and ice. Cars are skidding easily.

Blowing, drifting snow is causing disorientation while driving. Visibility is low. Michaels urges people to stay off of the roads based on what he's experienced Wednesday morning.
