‘Property Brothers' Star Drew Scott off the Market

Scott proposed to his longtime girlfriend with a cake decorated with her favorite book

Drew Scott, one of the "Property Brothers," proposed to his longtime girlfriend Linda Phan in Toronto, Today.com reported.

Scott said the surprise took great stealth, as he carried the ring around with him for weeks, according to People, who first reported the news of the engagement.

During the engagement at Piano Piano restaurant, a recording of him singing Train's "Marry Me" played and a a cake decorated with one of Phan's favorite Dr. Seuss books in mind -- "Oh the Places You'll Go." Except the cake said, "Oh the places we'll go."

But the surprises didn't stop there.

Scott threw a surprise engagement party for the couple, which Phan originally believed was a company holiday party. The couple's parents, as well as Scott's siblings Jonathan and J.D., were in attendance.

Scott posted about the engagement with a sweet tweet on Wednesday.

The pair met in 2010 at Toronto Fashion Week, and have been dating for six years.
