Jason Sudeikis returned to “Saturday Night Live” in this week’s cold open as an embattled but unfazed Joe Biden. Biden has recently come under fire for his actions towards some women, many of whom have said they felt uncomfortable around Biden.

Biden has since released a video explaining himself, though Sudeikis’ Biden had plenty to learn. He is joined by a team of consultants including cast members Cecily Strong, Kenan Thompson and Kate McKinnon.

Sudeikis’ Biden is introduced to various female voters to practice treating women normally. But Biden fails to learn anything, awkwardly greeting each female voter. When asked if he learned anything from the experience, Biden exclaims “Oh yeah! Well, I mean, no, not really.”

As he explained at the start, “I’m a hugger, a kisser, and a little bit of a sniffer.”

Kit Harrington, star of HBO’s hit show “Game of Thrones” hosted Saturday’s “SNL.” Harrington, better known to fans as Jon Snow, warded off questions from the crowd about how the show ends.

Things got a little tricky when Harrington was asked by several of his own castmates, including his wife, Rose Leslie, who he met on the show.

“Game of Thrones” airs its final season this month, beginning on April 14, much to the delight of the millions of followers the show has garnered over the years.

On “Weekend Update,” hosts Michael Che and Colin Jost again highlighted the increasing absurdity of news stories in today’s world after actor Jim Carrey got into a Twitter feud with Benito Mussolini’s granddaughter.

Jost commented, “News at this point is just a string of unrelated words like ‘Elon Musk Releases Harambe Rap’.”

Che joked that the recent college admissions scandal was nothing new and that rich people have always used methods of getting their kids into good schools, like lacrosse.

Singer Sara Bareilles was the musical guest, performing songs from her newly released album “Amidst the Chaos.” Watch her performance of “Saint Honesty.”
