It turns out Oprah Winfrey and Jimmy Fallon once starred in a soap opera in the 80s which never took off. Of course, the whole thing is just a joke, but it does make for some compelling television. Maybe it never took off because of the chipmunk voices?

There’s a special rave in New York that’s kid-friendly and family approved. It’s called “CirKiz” and allows kids from six-to-twelve years-old to have a blast in a controlled environment. The event runs once every few weeks.

A New England McDonald’s owner has been donating toys for the last twenty years. Joe Rodriguez has donated more than 1,000 brand-new toys. He owns a golden-arched restaurant in the Westville section of New Haven, Connecticut. He says this is his way to give back to his customers. Rodriguez is teaming up with New Haven police to host a toy drive next week. New toys or clothing can be dropped off at the police station on the 22nd and 23rd.
