Necn Investigates: Snow Removed Near School After Parents' Complaints

Snow has been removed from the area near an elementary school in Peabody, Massachusetts, after parents complained that children had to walk in the street.

Tuesday, necn's Michael Rosenfield responded to a viewer's Storm Troubleshooters issue, speaking with frustrated parents of students at Thomas Carroll Elementary School.

The Peabody Mayor's Office told necn that it was aware of the situation.

"The work order to remove the snow was already put in," Mary Bellavance, an administrative assistant with the mayor's office, told necn. "Partial cleanup was done by Monday the 23 and the rest of it was done on Tuesday night."
