Report: NFL Commissioner Says It Won't Be Long Until Deflategate Report Is Released

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell is optimistic about the report on the investigation into the New England Patriots' alleged used of deflated footballs, he told to CBS This Morning.

Goodell says the league is trying to ensure it's "thorough" in its investigation.

"We have a responsibility to the 32 teams - not just to one team, to 32 teams - and to our fans, and the general public here to make sure that things were done fairly," he said in part to CBS.

The Patriots denied using deflated footballs.
