State Police: Crash Involving DCR Vehicle Was Not Hit-and-Run

Quincy Fire initially told necn a Massachusetts DCR ranger had been struck in a hit-and-run crash; state police now say a driver suffered a medical emergency and merely hit the mirror of the ranger's vehicle.
