Boston Business Journal Report: Real Estate Roundup

It's a real estate roundup, and Boston Business Journal Real Estate Editor Thomas Grillo joins NECN to discuss some of the top stories in Greater Boston.

The Boston Redevelopment Authority is expected to OK the plan for redevelopmjent of the Cleveland Circle Cinema.

"The developer wants to build housing, apartments, and a hotel, and he wants to reconfigure the retail to make a restaurant overlooking the park," said Grillo. "The development's going to look a lot better than it does today, but some of the neighbors are suggesting there are too many apartments and the building is just a little bit too high."

Grillo also discussed plans for a triple-decker in South Boston that is expected to set a pricing record and the foreclosure of a popular Tyngsborough retail plaza.
