(NECN) - How has Boston evolved when it comes to welcoming minority professionals and executives of color?
CEO Carol Fulp and two program participants join Peter Howe on CEO Corner and talk about why diversity is a smart business imperative in a city that has become more diverse.
"[Companies and organizations] are keenly aware that they need diverse individuals around the table while making decisions," said Fulp. "They do not want people who all look the same around the table, giving the same answers to questions, creating the same products and services."
Fulp, account executive Branden Getchell of Hill Holiday and GM Liz Cheng of WGBH talk about the changing workplace in Boston, which is now a majority minority city.
