(NECN) - From UMass Lowell grad in 1991 to Ernst and Young Accountant to Bauer Performance Sports CEO, with a few stops in between, Kevin Davis talks about his own career path.

Davis says he’s had a very fortunate career where he’s had the opportunity to do many different things. He says he got a great education at UMass Lowell, and he’s been there a couple of times to share his message with students.

Davis says it comes down to hard work and perseverance. He says surround yourself with really good people, like mentors and others you can trust, and set your sights on something.
